Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents
The charter of the Society for Sustainable Mobility is to control and reduce the harmful environmental effects caused by modern transportation.
In order to protect the interest of the public, the Society for Sustainable Mobility (and hence the International Humanities Center), unless otherwise specified, reserves all of the legal rights to the intellectual properties (trademarks, copyrights and patents) that were developed using IHCenter and/or Society for Sustianable Mobility fundings, partially or entirely.
Definitions of Terms
The Society for Sustainable Mobility (SSM) is a program of the International Humanities Center (IHCenter). IHCenter is an active nonprofit organization that has gained tax exempt status under Section 501[c](3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

“Society for Sustainable Mobility”, “SSM”, “, “Kernel”, “OSGV” and “Open Source Green Vehicle” are trademarks of IHCenter.
Other trademarks and service marks appear in this document are properties of their respective owners.
Terms and Conditions of Use
You are informed that technical data on this web site might describe safety critical designs and/or systems. Designing a safety critical system and to operate one properly requires years of experience and training. If used improperly, it may cause severe injuries or deaths to yourself and others.
In any case, the information published through the Society for Sustainable Mobility is for educational purposes only. The Society for Sustainable Mobility or its parent organization, the International Humanities Center, or any of their trustees, employees, affiliates, volunteers, donors and sponsors cannot be hold responsible for any loss, injury or damage as a result of the use of the information.
Technical Data
Technical Data or Technical Work refers to any recorded information, regardless of medium or characteristics, of a scientific or technical nature. It may document research, experimental, developmental, or engineering work; or be usable or used to define a design or process or to acquire, support, maintain, or operate material. It includes, but not limited to, invention disclosure documents, technical data posted on websites and on electronic forums, specifications, source control drawings, interface specification, design requirements, design documents, drawings, software, firmware, test requirements, test results and engineering memoranda.
Some of the Technical Data developed by SSM and independent contributors may be released under SSM-OSGV Open Design License Agreement. Your rights to use, modify and re-distribute the Technical Data may be limited. Please refer to the license agreement for terms and conditions. Your rights to manufacturer the physical product(s) based on the Technical Data are restricted.
